Led by the University of Naples Federico II and supported by the National Center, the Academy is where innovation meets opportunity—and where your career in advanced therapeutics begins. PharmaTech Academy enters its third edition with a renewed commitment to cutting-edge pharmaceutical education, bridging research, production, and innovation in RNA-based therapies.
The educational program will span nine months, for a total of 1,200 hours, beginning on October 7, 2025. It will include a wide range of activities such as in-person lectures, distance learning, internships, group projects, seminars, external events, and independent study. Part of the teaching will be delivered in English. The National Center offers a single installment of financial support to students enrolled in the PharmaTech Academy program.

On Monday, October 6, the Third Edition of the PharmaTech Academy was inaugurated at the National Center for Gene Therapy and Drugs based on RNA Technology at the University of Naples Federico II, Scampia Complex.
The event opened with remarks by Rector Matteo Lorito, Giovanni Esposito, and Angelo A. Izzo, followed by Bruno Catalanotti’s presentation of the new edition of the program.
A round table titled “Synergies for Growth: Collaboration and Innovation for Regional Development” highlighted the importance of partnerships between academia, institutions, and industry in advancing therapeutic technologies. Speakers included Rosario Rizzuto, Valeria Fascione, Angela Zampella, and Peter Fenici.
The event emphasized the value of collaboration and innovation as key drivers of scientific and regional development.
