2025-2026 Academic Year

The third edition of the Pharmatech Academy confirms itself as a highly qualified training program aimed at developing up-to-date skills in the pharmaceutical and advanced biotechnology sectors. Running from October 2025 to April 2026, the program combines theoretical foundations, practical applications, and direct interaction with industry.

The Academy opens between October and November 2025 with a module on Methodologies and Procedures for Production, covering pharmaceutical company organization, GMPs and Technology Transfer, Risk Management, Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE), regulatory frameworks, and Market Access.

In November 2025, participants will focus on Soft Skills through company-led workshops designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, and a professional mindset.

From December 2025 to January 2026, the program addresses Technical and Scientific Skills, including RNA and delivery systems, gene therapy and safety, CAR-T therapies, computational methods, nucleic acids and viral vectors, and nanomedicine.

Between January and February 2026, the focus shifts to Industrial Production, with modules on manufacturing processes, process validation, ATMPs, distribution compliance, and RNA-based medicines.

March 2026 is dedicated to hands-on laboratories and workshops, while the program concludes in April 2026 with a Company Project Work, allowing participants to apply their skills to real-world industrial cases.

The Pharmatech Academy thus offers a complete and innovation-driven training path for professional growth in the pharmaceutical and biotech fields.
